Hi! I’m Hélène Forgin — a French Professional Dressage Rider and Trainer now based in New Jersey, USA.
After competing nationally and internationally across Europe, I chose in 2019 to pursue new goals and fulfill a long-time dream of building my career across the Atlantic.

Together with my husband, Maxime, we founded HRF Dressage, where we offer FEI-quality training to all levels.

I am a Grand Prix rider who has dedicated my life to the art of dressage. Guided by exceptional mentors, including Olympic riders, I’ve earned multiple French National Championship titles and had the privilege of developing horses from young prospects to confident Grand Prix partners for more than 20 years. I have also helped U.S. riders find their ideal equine partners through the careful selection and importation of top European sport horses.
